TThe EXL was developed to meet the needs of medical clinics that use large tools or have high patient volumes, thanks to its greater load capacity, improved performance and low consumption. The large 29-liter chamber can hold up to five 55 cm trays, reducing the number of cycles necessary and offering an extra 17 cm in length for every five trays. The instant steam generator and the advanced drying cycle ensure optimum performance, with average water consumption of just 0,8 litres per cycle. The Soft Touch colour display allows for a quick, intuitive use of the menu, and all operations can be smoothly managed thanks to the cycle programming functions (E-Timer). Traceability is guaranteed thanks to the SD Card and the possibility, on request, for two different types of print sets to be installed. The connectivity (Ethernet) and the software provided (E-Memory, E-Data) ensure results are available on a variety of supports and devices, so that all data can be shared and managed safely and in real time. EXL is designed to maintain top performance at all times, thanks to the integrated conductivity meter, the air-water separator and the air intake openings on the body. Thanks to its greater load capacity, improved performance and low consumption the EXL is the right choice. The large 29-liter chamber can hold up to five 55 cm trays, reducing the number of cycles necessary and offering an extra 17 cm in length for every five trays.

EXL offers the possibility of performing B and S cycles in addition to test programs (Vacuum, Helix, Bowie and Dick). From the menu it is possible to select 3 type B cycles (121°, 134°, 134° Prion) and 2 fast cycles (134° fast, 134° Prion fast), in full compliance with EN 13060. Fast cycles allow sterilization of a small load (1 tray and a 0.6 Kg solid load) 30% faster than standard cycles.

It is also possible to perform S (S134, S121) type cycles, which can be activated by a password.
